Welcome to the University of Sheffield's Biomedical Science Society's very own website! We hope you find these pages both entertaining and informative.

This website is intended to give you the low-down on all things BMSSoc; keeping you up to date with a whole host of events happening within the society and in the union, introducing your BMSSoc committee, and advertising opportunities in charity, volunteering, sports and careers!
We endeavour to keep everything up-to-date to ensure YOU keep up-to-date too!

Who are 'WE'?

'WE' are your committee! You can read more information about us on the specialist Committee page (and see our beautiful faces), but the basics are that we are a group of elected students who volunteer our time to run the society and organise some great events for everyone to enjoy.

Am I automatically a BMSSoc Member?

Sadly not, to join BMSSoc you need to sign up and pay the joining fee of £7.50, or the renewal fee of £4.

You can sign up on our online form (http://alturl.com/ipuo6) and pay on collection of your card, or you can buy membership off us at the Activities Fair in Freshers week!

Am I any better off with Membership?

YES!!

This year we've upped our game to give you more for your money.
Not only do you get discounts on all things BMSSoc, such as our society hoodies, our socials, our annual trip and charity ball, we're also giving you priority over the non-members, with special selling days before general release.

On top of that, we're sponsored by bars and food outlets in Sheffield that will also discount your purchases!
